Job summary

Adecco Group in Massachusetts seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches, shaping regional strategy and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions. You will guide Managers, drive growth, and ensure exceptional candidate and client experiences across the geography.

You will recruit and develop leaders, manage KPIs, growth targets, and service quality while partnering with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop managers to drive growth and service excellence.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage large onsite portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of company philosophy.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to ensure sales and service growth.
• Coach managers on team performance and ongoing training in policies and methods.
• Establish and execute strategic plans focused on growth and client satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships at the C-level and drive profitability targets.
• Monitor KPI performance, budget adherence, and P&L impact.
