Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure staff are trained and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Managers to drive growth and service excellence.
• Coach Managers in performance evaluation and development planning.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Drive strategic growth through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs, budget adherence, and profitability; report monthly/quarterly results.
