Job summary

Adecco Group in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide regional Managers, drive growth, ensure KPI attainment, and deliver best-in-class workforce solutions to clients, candidates, and associates.

You will develop regional strategy, build strong client relationships at the C-level, and foster a culture of performance and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of leadership/management experience.
Experience managing large onsite portfolios.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to ensure consistency in sales and service to drive growth.
Conduct performance evaluations and prepares developmental plans for staff in a timely manner.
Establishes and maintains rapport with key clients; cultivates client relationships at the C-level.
Strives for strategic ingenuity through development, implementation and measurement of process efficiencies, productivity metrics and quality of service.
