Job summary

You will mentor regional Managers, drive growth, meet KPIs and profitability targets, and partner with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to create outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to ensure growth and sales success.
• Establish and maintain rapport with key clients and conduct regular business reviews.
• Drive process efficiencies, productivity metrics and quality of service to grow accounts.
• Oversee budgeting, KPI analysis, and P&L impact; ensure compliance and risk management.
• Travel as required to manage Onsites and branches across geography.
