Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage effective working relationships at all levels.
• Excellent problem solving skills, using data to identify problems and craft solutions.
• Capable of managing conflicting priorities; meeting deadlines; preparing and giving formal presentations.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy.
• Recruit and motivate Managers to drive growth.
• Train new Managers and coach on team management.
• Support ongoing staff training on policies and methods.
• Conduct performance evaluations and developmental plans for staff.
• Holds leaders accountable for meeting SLA targets and client requirements.
• Establishes and maintains rapport with key clients.
• Cultivates client relationships at the C-level.
• Develops process efficiencies and measures quality of service.
• Proposes scalable solutions across multiple clients in the industry.
• Ensures quality and service; identifies growth opportunities.
• Supports Managers in customer satisfaction feedback.
• Serves as escalation point for Client issues.
• Contributes to commercial development of strategic prospects and accounts.
• Elaborates strategy for profitable sales growth.
• Audits and monitors Onsite and Branch activities.
• Coaches team to anticipate clients’ needs.
• Creates mechanisms for candidate feedback.
• Utilizes promotional activities to increase Adecco knowledge locally.
