Adecco Group in Natick, MA is seeking an Associate Director who will lead Onsites and branch teams within a defined geography, guiding Managers to deliver best-in-class workforce solutions and exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities include developing regional strategy, driving growth, achieving KPIs and profitability, and partnering with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to exceed client expectations. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry.
• Experience managing a large onsite portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco practices.
• Ensure team is trained and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Managers for growth.
• Train new Managers and coach on leadership.
• Support ongoing staff training on policies and methods.
• Meet SLA targets and client requirements; maintain KPIs.
• Build client relationships, including at C-level.
• Develop efficiencies and profitability across accounts.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and reports.
