Qualifications

• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

• Capable of managing conflicting priorities; meeting deadlines; preparing and giving formal presentations.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers to ensure strategy adoption and growth.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and consistency in sales and service.
• Coach managers and train staff on policies and methods.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop plans for staff.
• Support on-going training on new policies and procedures.
• Ensure SLA targets and client requirements are met.
• Maintain key client relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
• Drive profitability and KPI achievements; monitor expenses and budget.
