The role emphasizes developing the team, converting strategy into action, achieving KPI targets, and collaborating with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to deliver superior client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Managers to drive growth and ensure sales/service consistency.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff.
• Maintain and expand client relationships; manage SLA targets and client requirements.
• Develop strategic plans to grow accounts; monitor KPIs, P&L and operations.
• Coach teams to deliver high-quality service and outcomes.
