Adecco Group in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within the assigned geography. You will guide Managers, shape regional strategy, and deliver best-in-class solutions to clients and candidates while driving growth and profitability.

You will recruit and develop Managers, manage performance, and foster strong client relationships at the C-level. Travel will be extensive; you will collaborate with Growth Operations and other teams to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios and teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and service quality.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff.
• Establish/maintain client relationships and expand key accounts.
• Monitor KPI, SLAs, and profitability; drive governance and reporting.
