Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, guiding Managers and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions. You will develop regional strategy and ensure growth, profitability, and KPI achievement.

You will collaborate with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to provide outstanding client and candidate experiences, while fostering a diverse, high-performance culture and coaching leaders to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
• Recruit, develops, and motivates Managers to ensure consistency in sales and service to drive growth.
• Establishes and maintains rapport with key clients and cultivates client relationships at the C-level.
• Develop and measure process efficiencies, productivity metrics and quality of service.
• Prepare and present a monthly/quarterly business review to the Regional Vice President.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and manage P&L impact.
