Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide Managers, drive growth, and improve profitability while partnering with Growth Operations and field teams to deliver outstanding client and candidate experiences.

You will shape regional strategy, recruit and develop leadership, and ensure adherence to governance, quality, and service standards across multiple accounts. This role requires travel and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios and driving client growth.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices across colleagues, candidates, associates, clients and delivery.
• Recruits, develops, and motivates Managers to ensure sales and service consistency and growth.
• Holds leaders accountable for meeting SLA targets and client requirements; maintains key client relationships at the C‑level.
• Develops strategies to drive profitable sales growth, monitors KPIs, and delivers performance reviews and business updates.
