Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches in a defined geography. You will guide Managers, drive growth, and deliver best-in-class workforce solutions while achieving KPIs, sales, and profitability targets.

The role focuses on strategic planning, client relationship management at the highest level, and developing a high-performing team in a dynamic, global environment. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in a service provider or staffing environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of company practices.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships at C-level.
• Drive growth through strategic process improvements and KPI optimization.
• Monitor SLA targets, ensure quality service and profitability across Onsite and Branches.
