Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide Managers, drive growth, and optimize operations to meet KPIs, sales, and profitability targets.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
Experience managing large onsite portfolios and driving performance.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
Ensure team training and setup for success; recruit and develop Managers.
Coach managers to manage their teams and improve performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff through timely plans.
Holds leaders accountable for meeting SLA targets and client requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients; grow accounts and drive client satisfaction.
