Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; five years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to engage at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive growth and profitability.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco philosophy and practices across colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery efforts.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers; train and coach on management best practices and policy updates.
• Drive client retention and growth through strategic relationship management and KPI-driven performance.
• Oversee SLA adherence, client requirements, and operational efficiencies across sites.
• Develop and monitor sourcing strategies; manage monthly performance and P&L impact.
• Coordinate with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
