Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches regionally, driving growth and profitability. You will guide Managers, develop strategic plans, and deliver best-in-class service to clients, candidates, and associates.

You will focus on expanding existing accounts, mentoring leaders, and ensuring high standards of quality and performance across the geography.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience leading managers and onsite teams in a services environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of company practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Establish strategic plans to grow share of wallet with clients.
• Monitor SLA targets, client requirements, and quality of service.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and support commercial development.
