Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches across a defined geography. You will guide regional Managers, align with the Growth Operations and client teams, and drive growth, efficiency, and KPI attainment while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

This role focuses on strategic planning, client relationship management at the C-level, and developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
Experience managing large onsite portfolio.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
Ensure team members understand the strategy, are trained, and set up for success.
Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and sales.
Coach managers on team management and performance evaluations.
Provide ongoing training on new policies and procedures.
