Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches in a defined geography, delivering best-in-class workforce solutions to clients and candidates. You will develop the regional strategy, drive growth, and coach managers to meet KPIs while maintaining high service quality across accounts.

You will collaborate with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams, foster a diverse, high-performance culture, and mentor leaders to advance careers within Adecco.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
• Recruit, develops, and motivates Managers to ensure consistency in sales and service to drive growth.
• Coaches managers on how to manage their team and provides ongoing training on policies and procedures.
• Establishes and maintains rapport with key clients and conducts regular business reviews.
• Drive growth through strategic client penetration and process improvements while ensuring service quality.
