The role emphasizes strategic planning, operational excellence, and development of the team, with accountability for KPIs, sales, and profitability targets across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Experience managing a large onsite portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and create developmental plans for staff.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLA targets and contract requirements are met.
• Develop and measure process efficiencies, productivity metrics, and service quality.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
