Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, guiding Managers to deliver best-in-class workforce solutions and client experiences. You will develop regional strategies, drive growth, and ensure attainment of KPIs and profitability targets.

You will partner with Growth Operations and other teams to enhance client value, while fostering a diverse, high-performing culture and career development for staff across the region.

Qualifikationen

• A Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to train and coach managers.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Coach managers on team management and ongoing staff training.
• Establish and maintain client relationships at the C-level and drive account growth.
• Ensure KPI targets, SLA commitments, and profitability goals are met.
