Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide regional managers, drive growth, and deliver best-in-class workforce solutions to clients and candidates.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, KPI achievement, and collaboration with sales, Growth Operations, and implementation teams to enhance client experiences and drive profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Proven leadership experience in managing managers and teams.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and drive adherence to Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, client share, and KPI attainment.
• Coach and train Managers; ensure staff understand strategy and are set up for success.
• Manage client relationships at the executive level and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee monthly performance, KPI analysis, and profitability targeting with a focus on growth.
• Collaborate with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to optimize outcomes.
