Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, guiding Managers to execute strategy, grow share of wallet, and deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences. You will drive growth KPIs, coach leadership teams, and partner across Growth Operations, sales, and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and sales.
• Train new Managers and coach them on team management.
• Ensure staff are trained on policies, procedures, and methods.
• Hold leaders accountable for meeting SLA targets and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships at the C-level and drive profitable sales growth.
• Audit Onsite and Branch activities to ensure optimum service levels.
