Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will mentor Managers, ensure strategy adoption, and elevate service quality across multiple client accounts.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, KPI attainment, and strategic collaboration with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to deliver outstanding client experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy.
• Develop and motivate Managers to drive growth and sales.
• Establish and maintain client relationships at the C-level.
• Oversee SLA targets and KPI performance to drive profitability.
