Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide regional Managers, drive growth, and deliver best-in-class workforce solutions while ensuring an outstanding candidate and associate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Experience managing a large onsite portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and service excellence.
• Coach Managers and ensure timely training and performance evaluations.
• Account retention and growth through client relationship management at multiple levels.
• Develop strategic initiatives, measure KPIs, and drive profitability targets.
• Audit onsite/branch activities and ensure high service levels; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
