Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a geographic area. You will guide Managers, grow key accounts, and deliver best-in-class workforce solutions while aligning with regional strategy.

You will drive KPI performance, oversee budgeting, and partner with Growth Operations to ensure a superior candidate and client experience. Travel will be extensive as needed.

Qualifications

• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem solving skills, using data to identify problems and craft solutions.
• Capable of managing conflicting priorities; meeting deadlines; preparing and giving formal presentations.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team is trained and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth.
• Coach managers on team management and performance.
• Foster ongoing training on new policies and methods.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff plans.
• Maintain accountability for SLA targets, client requirements, and relationship management.
• Cultivate client relationships at the C-level and expand accounts.
• Develop processes for growth and measure quality of service.
• Assure compliance with laws and monitor budgets and expenses.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
