Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography. You will guide Managers, drive growth, and partner with sales, Growth Operations, and implementation teams to deliver best-in-class workforce solutions for clients and a superior candidate experience.

You will develop regional strategy, expand client relationships at the C-level, ensure KPI attainment, and lead a high-performing team with a focus on profitability and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco's philosophy and practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
• Develop and execute regional strategy with focus on growth and increased share of wallet with existing customers.
• Meet KPI, sales and profitability targets; collaborate with Growth Operations and other teams to deliver outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including at the C-level, to drive retention and growth.
• Coach and develop teams, ensure training, and manage performance for success.
