Collaborate with Growth Operations and Delivery teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for clients, candidates, and associates, while fostering a diverse, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-informed decision making.
• Capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional Managers to ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Coach managers; train and onboard new leaders; ensure strategy is understood and executed.
• Drive growth by expanding client relationships and increasing temps on assignment.
• Monitor KPI performance, service levels, and client requirements; support mergers and expansions.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through reviews and proactive communication.
• Ensure compliance with laws and financial controls; manage budget and P&L.
