Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches in a defined geography. Reporting to the Director, you will develop strategy, drive growth, and ensure delivery excellence for clients, candidates, and associates.

You will lead regional Managers, recruit and develop leaders, manage client relationships at the C-level, and drive KPI attainment, profitability, and service quality across multiple accounts. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team understands strategy and is set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth.
• Coach managers on team management and performance.
• Familiarize staff with new policies and procedures.
