The role focuses on developing teams, hitting KPIs, and partnering with Growth Operations to drive profitable growth while maintaining high service quality and compliance. Expect extensive travel and leadership across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills using data to identify problems and craft solutions.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team understands strategy, is trained, and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Train new Managers and coach on team management.
• Support ongoing training on Adecco policies and methods.
