Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, shaping regional strategy and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions. You will guide Managers, drive growth, and optimize service quality while building strong client relationships and a culture of performance.

You will develop teams, ensure KPI achievement, and collaborate with Growth Operations to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco practices across teams.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth in sales and service.
• Coach managers and provide ongoing staff training and development.
• Maintain client relationships at the C‑level and drive KPI achievement and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with laws and monitor budget, P&L and process efficiency.
