Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, reporting to the Director level. You will guide Managers, drive growth, and ensure high client and candidate satisfaction by implementing strategic plans and scalable processes.

You will foster a culture of diversity, coach teams, manage performance, and partner with Growth Operations to achieve revenue and profitability targets while delivering top-tier workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years leadership/managerial experience in service-provider industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco practices.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Managers to drive growth and service quality.
• Establish strategic plans to grow share of wallet with clients and improve KPI performance.
• Coach teams, manage performance, and ensure training on policies and procedures.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular reviews and proactive issue resolution.
