Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, guiding Managers, driving growth, and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions for clients and candidates.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, performance accountability, and collaboration with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to achieve strong client outcomes and growth across the region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five+ years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco's practices.
• Ensure team understands strategy and is set up for success.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Coach Managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
• Support ongoing training on policies, procedures, and methods.
