Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead onsite and branch operations across a geography, driving growth, client retention and KPI attainment. You will mentor Managers, develop strategic plans, and partner with Growth Operations to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, delivering profitable outcomes, and fostering a diverse, inclusive culture across our on-site and branch network. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of leadership/managerial experience in a service provider environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s practices.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, including C-level engagements.
• Drive profitability targets, KPI attainment, and process efficiencies.
• Coordinate with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to enhance client experience.
