Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a geography, driving growth, service quality, and profitability. You will develop strategic plans, retain key accounts, and coach managers to achieve SLA targets and KPI goals.

You will partner with Growth Operations and implementation teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for clients, candidates, and associates while fostering a diverse and high-performance culture. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage relationships at all levels.
• Excellent problem solving using data to identify problems and craft solutions.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices in our approach to colleagues, candidates, associates, clients, and delivery.
• Ensure team understands strategy, is trained, and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and sales.
• Coach managers on how to manage their team and conduct ongoing training on policies and methods.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff.
• Holds leaders accountable for meeting SLA targets and client requirements.
• Establishes and maintains client relationships, including C-level engagement.
• Develop innovative scalable solutions and drive process efficiencies and quality of service.
• Oversee profitability, budgeting, and KPI analysis; monitor monthly performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and economic trends; present monthly/quarterly reviews to leadership.
