Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches across a geography, guiding regional Managers and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions. You will drive growth, optimize operations, and ensure KPI targets and profitability are met.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
Proven ability to manage large onsite portfolios and travel extensively.

Mansioni

Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
Ensure team understands strategy, is trained, and set up for success.
Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and consistency in sales and service.
Coach Managers on team management and conduct performance evaluations.
Establish and maintain rapport with key clients and elevate client relationships at the C-level.
Develop and measure processes for efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
Audit Onsite and Branch activities to ensure optimum service levels.
Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for Regional VP.
