Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in service-provider industry.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco practices.
• Recruits, develops, and motivates Managers for sales and service growth.
• Manage client relationships at C-level and deliver strategic solutions.
• Oversee monthly performance, KPI analysis and P&L impact.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
