The position partners with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to expand share of wallet, improve efficiencies, and ensure a superior client and associate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of a large onsite portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure staff are trained and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth.
• Coach managers on team management and performance.
• Conduct regular trainings on new policies and procedures.
