Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches across a defined geography, guiding Managers and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions for clients and candidates.

You will drive growth by expanding share of wallet, enhancing service quality, and achieving KPIs and profitability targets. You’ll partner with Growth Operations, sales and implementation to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
• Recruits, develops, and motivates Managers to ensure consistency in sales and service to drive growth.
• Establishes and maintains rapport with key clients at the C-level and drives growth through strategic initiatives.
• Audits and monitors Onsite and Branch activities to ensure optimum service levels and client satisfaction.
• Coaches team to anticipate clients’ needs based on activity and market knowledge.
