Responsibilities

Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to ensure sales and service growth.
Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff.
Maintain client relationships and establish rapport at C-level.
Develop strategies to drive profitable sales growth and client penetration.
Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
