Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent II to support Job Order Contracting projects for the United States Postal Service.

You will oversee daily field activities in active facilities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with contract documents and client expectations. The role requires strong field leadership, ability to manage multiple small-to-medium projects, and readiness to travel regionally as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 8+ years in commercial construction, renovation, or facility improvement projects.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, federal construction, or postal facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Act as Weston’s on-site representative, communicating with PMs, clients, and subcontractors.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost against contract requirements.
• Review drawings, specs, scopes of work, and change orders as needed.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and support overall project planning.
