Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a One-Stop Operator in the Erie region to oversee daily operations, coordinate partner services, and ensure integration of funding streams. The role focuses on providing excellent customer experience and compliance with all applicable policies.

The position emphasizes cross-agency collaboration, MOUs, and data-driven reporting to support Career Center operations and regional workforce development goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple partners.
• Knowledge of WIOA regulations and state policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain coalitions and partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the One-Stop and coordinate partner services.
• Promote and market all WIOA services offered through Job Centers.
• Prepare reports and maintain MOUs with partners.
• Ensure center compliance with federal/state policies and accessibility requirements.
• Represent EDSI at conferences and meetings as required.
