Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of WIOA regulations and state policies.
• Experience in managing people and building and maintaining coalitions and partnerships.
• Experience in career counseling and business outreach.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, education or human resources, or related experience in business, management, professional training, adult teaching or sales.
• Ability to converse with a large range of professionals, and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall coordination of partners’ efforts and communication with the CareerSource Tampa Bay staff.
• Ensure all integrated operations at the site are meeting goals.
• Establish practices that encourage One‑Stop partners to provide services to individuals with barriers to employment.
• Manage online One‑Stop Partner portal for partners.
• Monitor and review all evaluation metrics.
• Hold partners accountable through performance evaluations for quality of service.
• Manage Customer Satisfaction initiatives for job seekers and employers.
