Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a Career Services Educator to guide jobseekers in the WIOA and JFES programs.

You will deliver career readiness training, help with credentialing, and support curriculum enhancements in North Central Region One Stop Centers. The role includes facilitating online learning, coordinating resume-building sessions, tracking participant progress, and collaborating with program managers to achieve outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in training, education, workforce development, or career development.
• Experience developing and formatting resumes; Certified Professional Resume Writer credential is a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices in designing and developing instructional courses, webinars, workshops, and online programs.
• Able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in e-learning design and utilizing technology-related resources to foster learning.
• High level of proficiency in computer programs and Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate online learning and career skills classes focused on readiness, job search strategies, interviewing, professionalism, and digital literacy.
• Lead credentialing class sessions to help participants earn industry-recognized credentials.
• Assist participants with online course registration and credential enrollment; troubleshoot credentialing platforms.
• Conduct Resume Builder Workshops and provide guidance on resume development using AI tools and best practices.
• Record participant services, track enrollment, attendance, and credential attainment; support curriculum improvements.
