Takeda Oncology is seeking a Regional Director to lead a team of eight Oncology Territory Managers for solid tumor products. You will drive two brand performances across the Southeast, including parts of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

The role requires residency in the region and up to 50-60% travel. You will shape regional sales strategy, lead major programs, and partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, PVA, and L&D to ensure successful execution and compliant field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in pharma/biotech with 3+ years Oncology sales leadership.
• Demonstrated regional P&L and business planning experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and leading teams to achieve regional plans.
• Ability to navigate complex cross-functional partnerships and drive growth.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead eight Oncology Territory Managers and drive performance for two brands in Solid Tumor.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, business plans, and programs.
• Ensure planning, CRM usage, reporting, and metrics tracking across the region.
• Lead regional training, communication, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, PVA, and Learning & Development.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff; manage resources to meet regional plans.
• Develop and execute strategic account planning and KOL engagement with key stakeholders.
