Takeda is seeking an Oncology Regional Director to lead a team of eight Oncology Territory Managers in the Southeast region, covering mCRC and Lung cancer brands. The role focuses on strategy, performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and PVA.

The candidate will drive regional business plans, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliant execution of programs while maintaining strong leadership and coaching across the team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience with 3+ years in Oncology.
• 3+ years Oncology sales leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a geographic region.
• Willing to travel 50-60%.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Strong relationships in the assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Oncology Territory Managers to execute the regional sales strategy.
• Develop and implement major programs to meet sales objectives.
• Ensure planning, CRM use, and metrics reporting within the region.
• Oversee regional training and communications for the team.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing interactions with HCPs.
