Takeda seeks an Oncology Regional Director to lead a team of eight Oncology Territory Managers across the Southeast U.S. The role focuses on two brands in solid tumor oncology, with travel to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles with 3+ years in Oncology.
3+ years oncology sales leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Oncology Territory Managers.
Drive regional sales strategy and major programs.
Ensure effective business planning, CRM, and metrics tracking.
Lead regional training and communications.
Build relationships with Marketing, Medical Affairs, PVA and Learning & Development.
Develop and execute strategic account planning with cross-functional teams.
Achieve regional goals with limited supervision.
Travel 50-60% as required.
