Job summary

Takeda is seeking an Oncology Regional Director to lead a team of eight Oncology Territory Managers responsible for two solid tumor brands across the Southeast region (parts of FL, GA, NC, SC). The role requires strategic leadership, coaching, and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive regional sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Oncology Territory Managers.
• Drive regional sales strategy and plan execution across Southeast.
• Ensure business planning, CRM, and metric tracking.
• Oversee training and communications for regional staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, PVA, and Learning & Development.
• Recruit, coach, and manage direct reports.
• Develop strategic and tactical account plans to maximize opportunities.
