Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech experience with 3+ years in Oncology.
• 3+ years of Oncology sales leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a geographic region.
• Candidate should reside near a major airport.
• Strong business planning, execution and relationships in the region.
• High science aptitude and ability to coach and train teams.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Oncology Territory Managers to execute sales strategy and plans.
• Drives major programs to meet sales objectives and ensures proper CRM, reporting and metrics.
• Oversees regional training and clear internal communication.
• Builds partnerships with Marketing, Medical Affairs, PVA and Learning & Development.
• Manages stakeholder relationships with executives, operations, finance and pharmacy.
