Summit Therapeutics Inc. seeks an Oncology Regional Business Director to lead launch and commercialization of ivonescimab in a U.S. region. You will recruit and develop a field sales team, drive regional performance, and partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Ops to execute strategic initiatives.

You will report to the Head of US Sales and guide the team with customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback to optimize execution and patient access.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience with 5+ years in oncology leadership.
• Experience leading oncology product launches; NSCLC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute national sales strategies and plans to meet regional objectives and market share.
• Build, coach, and retain a high-performing oncology account management team.
• Lead regional launch readiness and delivery of best-in-class customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics; coach to maximize team effectiveness.
• Develop regional business and account plans to optimize engagement and resources.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with oncology customers and regional stakeholders.
• Gather insights and market dynamics to inform strategy and improvements.
• Lead regional sales meetings and field coaching; ensure compliant activities.
