Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, lifesciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, including 5+ years of oncology sales leadership experience.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% including overnight travel.

• Execute national sales strategies and business plans to achieve regional sales objectives and market share goals.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of oncology account managers.
