Reporting to the Head of U.S. Sales, you will build and coach a field team, drive national strategies, and ensure alignment with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. This leadership role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech sales, including 5+ years in oncology, with NSCLC launch experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, incl. 5+ years oncology sales leadership.
• Recent oncology product launch experience; NSCLC experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.

• Execute national sales strategies and regional plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of oncology account managers.
• Lead regional launch readiness and execution for ivonescimab.
• Monitor regional KPIs and provide coaching to maximize team effectiveness.
• Develop strategic regional business plans and account strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and cross-functional teams.
